| 401K |
Orion GlobeCom offers all fulltime employees over age 21 participation on our 401K plan. Currently our plan is with Aetna/ING Financial and we offer a
choice of 20 fund families. The funds offer a broad range of investment options from low risk to aggressive growth including global growth funds.
There is no waiting period to participate; all employees are welcome to enroll during the 2 yearly open-enrollment periods of January 1 and July 1 provided
their date of hire is at least 30 days prior.

| Tuition Reimbursement |
| OGC-ITS provides a Tuition Reimbursement plan for full time employees after the completion of 1 year of service. Advanced approval by management is
required. 50% of the tuition costs for a maximum of 2 courses per semester with a grade of B or better (or Pass in a Pass/Fail course) will be reimbursed. |
